1. SMS is not arriving
In 90% of cases, it helps our clients: register from a smartphone or another browser. Make sure to delete cookies or use incognito mode. Use a clean IP/VPN/Proxy (from the same country as the number) and change the IP before each new registration attempt. Try ordering at least 10 numbers. The money is automatically returned to the balance after 20 minutes if the SMS does not arrive.
2. My site is not on the list
Use the item "not on list" to register a site (service) that is not on the general list. If this item is not available in the country, we recommend using another country.
3. Payment was not credited?
Make sure your bank debited the money and the transaction status is successful. Payments are usually processed within 1 hour. If the payment does not arrive within this time, contact support.
4. Received a blocked/busy number
This happens due to the reissue of a phone number by a cellular operator. Simply cancel the current number and ask for another one, the money will be automatically returned.
5. How do I buy a phone number I bought before again?
All numbers are disposable, it is not possible.
6. Incorrect code received
If an incorrect code arrives, just request another SMS.
7. Gmail - This number cannot be used for verification
Check your proxy/VPN. Usually this error occurs due to an incorrect IP or old data in the browser. We remind you that if a message with a confirmation code is not received, the funds will be returned after 20 minutes.
